Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Experience Specialist. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized service to customers, handling enquires and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and following company policies and procedures.
