We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing great customer experiences across all aspects of their role, including:
- Slicing, preparing, and serving meat, seafood, and cheese products with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene when handling meats and seafoods
- Safely operating deli equipment and maintaining a clean workspace
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Excellent knowledge of products and the ability to answer customer queries confidently
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for long periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Ability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
