About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities at our rental location and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the vehicle service
  • Ensure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition, and roadworthiness
  • Manage fuel deliveries and ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant health and safety legislation
  • Prepare and process weekly payroll data and daily/weekly reports
  • Participate in the interview and selection process for new staff
  • Ensure a safe work environment and promote a culture of health and safety
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong sense of duty and responsibility, and be confident in your ability to lead and manage a team.
