The Role- Deliver actionable insights and analysis to support decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Create comprehensive reporting packs that provide valuable commentary for senior leaders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Develop financial models to inform project investments and business growth initiatives.
- Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Are CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion of your qualifications.
- Have 2–5 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or analysis (retail or consumer exposure highly valued).
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling, with BI tool proficiency a bonus.
- Show excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
