Are you looking for the opportunity to work for one of Australia's fastest growing construction companies in a highly collaborative and fun team? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW team

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction, fit out & refurb projects, managing a team of tradesmen and subcontractors with an uncompromising focus on quality and safety. You will be involved in scope of works delivery and work with the Project Manager on planning, programming and scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, and within budget. You'll also participate in a high level of client interaction and act as a brand ambassador for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction activities and contractors on-site with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Manage scope of works and collaborate with the Project Manager on planning, programming and scheduling to deliver on time, in full, and within budget.
  • Engage with clients and represent the company as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in construction as a Site Manager with experience in live environment works is essential.
  • Commercial fit-out / refurb / new build experience (retail experience a bonus).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree).
  • Track record of delivering complex, live-environment projects.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and delivery excellence.
  • Comfort with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore).
  • Australian resident qualified to work in Australia.
