We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deliver exceptional customer care and achieve a dynamic career in Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centred customer service, greeting all customers, handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection, referrals, billing, and processing of medical records.
- Undertake administration duties, including checking patients in/out, booking patient appointments, and directing patient & stakeholder enquiries.
- Use medical terminology and software systems to manage patient electronic records, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
- Experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility/hospital.
- Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments.
- Advanced computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A track record of providing great service and customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
