Effective Patient Care Coordinator

This is a key position in our patient care coordination team, responsible for managing waiting lists and elective admissions.

- Waiting List Performance Monitoring
- Exceptional Customer Service Delivery
- Relevant Experience: Admissions and bookings processes experience
- Computerised Patient Administration Systems: Experience with computerised systems
- Nsw Health Policies and Procedures: Sound knowledge of NSW Health policies and procedures
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork and Autonomy: Ability to work productively within a team and autonomously when required
- Time Management and Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills
