Intervention Specialist

The Family Violence Perpetrator Case Manager is responsible for supporting the Family Violence Perpetrator Program through intake and assessment. This includes providing individual case management utilizing an integrated treatment plan to deliver client-directed care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process referrals to service using a range of IT systems.
- Conduct client assessments to determine suitability for the Family Violence Perpetrator Case Management program.
- Undertake perpetrator risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
- Contribute to sharing information with internal programs and external service providers in accordance with relevant legislation.
- A tertiary degree or equivalent qualification, combined with substantial experience in the relevant field; or an associate diploma level qualification with substantial experience; or a willingness to undertake further study in the next 5 years to meet minimum qualifications as per Recommendation 209 of The Royal Commission into Family Violence.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee).
