Advanced Nursing Assessment and Intervention Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Master of Nursing).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
