We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at an exciting time. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the end-to-end logistics network for Kellanova ANZ, including inbound and outbound freight, across the ocean, rail, and road networks.

The role will be based at our Manufacturing Plant at Botany, where you will partner with the wider business and own, develop, and implement our Logistics Strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategy and plans for Supply Chain ANZ logistics across Road, Rail, and Ocean that supports the current and future needs from the business.
  • P&L responsibility for logistics costs across ANZ, including driving cost efficiencies through the network.
  • owning the day-to-day relationship and partnership with all outsourced distribution providers.
  • designing and maintaining scorecards and metrics to ensure business objectives are delivered by all distribution providers, including ensuring that 3PL providers deliver on their KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • leading all 3PL contract negotiations to deliver best value for the company.
  • developing and maintaining a proactive and effective relationships with the logistics teams from Trade (WW, Coles, and Metcash among others).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant discipline desirable.
  • Extensive Logistics or Warehouse Management experience across Road, Ocean, and Rail Networks.
  • experience negotiating contracts with Suppliers and Customers.
  • proven history of implementing continuous improvements in a logistics/warehouse environment.
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
