Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Kellanova ANZ. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the end-to-end logistics network for our ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a logistics strategy that supports the current and future needs of the business.
- Manage logistics costs across ANZ, including driving cost efficiencies through the network.
- Partner with outsourced distribution providers to ensure business objectives are delivered.
- Design and maintain scorecards and metrics to measure performance.
- Lead contract negotiations to deliver best value for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics teams from trade partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Extensive logistics or warehouse management experience across road, ocean, and rail networks.
- Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Proven history of implementing continuous improvements in a logistics/warehouse environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
