About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge in child trauma assessment and therapy, confident communication skills with vulnerable and complex families, and a strong understanding of best-practice models and approaches.
The primary focus of this role will be to provide holistic assessments and therapeutic care to individuals and families affected by child abuse and neglect. You will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that promote the well-being and safety of children and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of infants, adolescents, young children, and their caregivers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address trauma and related issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and treatment progress
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
