Key Role: Vocational Education Leader

The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to ensure compliance with relevant standards and statutory requirements.

About the Position:
  • Coordinate and drive the development, delivery and assessment review processes for accredited and non-accredited VET courses.
  • Ensure all RTO operations are managed in accordance with governing laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement.
About You:
  • Significant experience in RTO compliance and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of adult education principles and practices.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and balance business needs with innovation.
