Job Title: Vocational Education Manager

A skilled and results-driven professional is sought to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.

About the Role:
  • Ensure seamless VET program delivery, meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards.
  • Coordinate assessment review, validation sessions, and audits to guarantee quality outcomes.
  • Manage student records, assessment services, and RPL processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee curriculum development, training needs analysis, and industry consultation to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare comprehensive training and assessment plans, course descriptions, and resources.
  • Monitor online learner engagement and improve digital course quality to enhance user experience.
  • Design and implement engaging online learning modules that meet adult learning principles.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support VET program growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in VET compliance and management, with a strong understanding of Standards for RTOs and adult education principles.

  • TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
  • Experience in VET compliance and audit preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of AVETMISS, ASQA, and funding requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in online learning design and delivery.
  • Understanding of principles of adult learning in online environments.
  • Ability to manage people, teams, and projects, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

  • Permanent part-time role (0.4 FTE) – 14 hours per week across 2 days (negotiable).
