Your Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Design and Delivery: Create and implement engaging curriculum aligned with the Australian Curriculum and SACE, incorporating problem-based learning approaches for specialized industry training programs.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with trainers, employers, and industry leaders to integrate hands-on skills with classroom and on-site workplace learning, ensuring seamless delivery of technical and vocational education.
  • Student Support: Foster a supportive environment where students can develop and enact their own learning plans, receive coaching and mentoring, and gain the confidence to pursue their career aspirations through targeted initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant teaching qualification and registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, families, and colleagues.
