Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Professional to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.

  • You will be responsible for delivering training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements.
  • Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes.
  • Maintain teaching and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development.
  • Provide pastoral and academic support to students.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and resources.
  • Mentor and support entry-level teachers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Vocational qualifications in landscaping or related fields.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Teaching experience in landscaping or related fields.
  • Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and ICT skills.
  • Ability to design inclusive curriculum and adapt to diverse learner needs.
