Job Role Summary:As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to a team of psychologists.You will lead and mentor clinicians to enhance their growth and development, deliver high-quality psychological interventions and/or assessments, and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.This role offers a supportive work environment, career growth opportunities, and a focus on wellbeing.You will have the opportunity to develop online and in-person training programs and play a key role in shaping the future of our practice.Endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology is highly regarded but not essential.Key Responsibilities:
