Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill permanent Civil Supervisor and Project Manager positions across various projects in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient on-site operations to deliver projects timely and safely
  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials effectively
  • Monitor daily productivity and maintain adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Maintain high site safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders

Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion
  • Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and client communications
  • Ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and commercial objectives
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure and land development projects within Australia
  • Strong background in subdivisions, earthworks, sewer, drainage, and roads
  • Australian working rights
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
  • White Card, and other relevant tickets/certifications
