Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Youth Job Coach.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people in achieving their career goals. As a Youth Job Coach, you will be responsible for providing intensive case management and mentorship to young people aged 15-24.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct employer marketing to promote job opportunities;
  • Providing individual support to young people to achieve their employment goals;
  • Running facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth;
  • Experience within the Youth or Employment Services or a related industry;
  • Strong knowledge of industry and labour market trends;
  • Excellent assessment, case management, and motivational skills;
  • Effective communication skills to negotiate customised jobs for participants with barriers to employment.
