Customer Service Representative

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking inbound calls and helping with questions and claims related to their Health Insurance cover. You'll be a key part of a company that delivers the best customer service in the industry, putting the customer at the heart of what you do.

This is a full-time role requiring your availability to work a 38-hour week between Monday to Friday, 8am until 8pm AEDT. You'll work on a rotating roster within these hours, with set shift times and breaks. Good internet connection is essential for uninterrupted conversations with our customers.

We're looking for someone with a patient and empathetic approach when speaking to our customers. Resilience is key as you'll take back-to-back calls throughout a shift with limited downtime. Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to learn fast.
