Pharmacy Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support our pharmacy team in a fast-paced local healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including processing customer orders, managing stock, and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and meeting customer needs in a professional manner
  • Ensure the safe storage, handling, and dispensing of medications according to strict pharmacy protocols
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, supporting the effective management of the pharmacy
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Completion of a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate III in Pharmacy, or a willingness to obtain this qualification
