Job Opportunity:

The Elementary Assistant Principal will be responsible for supporting the Elementary Principal in overseeing the instructional staff, ensuring a Christ-centered perspective is integrated into all aspects of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Elementary Principal in efforts to ensure a biblical perspective
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Lead and assist with elementary school events and activities
  • Assist with counseling and discipline of students
  • Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff
  • Participate in admissions interviews
  • Coordinate with the Elementary Principal to ensure curriculum documents are current and accurate
Requirements:
  • Earned a master's degree in education or another related field
  • Teaching experience of at least three years
  • ACSI Administrative Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership and knowledge of instructional programs
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Possess leadership and time management skills
  • Able to delegate effectively and identify giftings in others
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information
