We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Respite Administration Assistant.

As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our community respite teams across various day-to-day administration tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors and responding to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitoring new service referrals, managing client wait lists, and conducting regular client file audits.
  • Scanning, uploading, and filing client documentation, creating initial assessment packs, and coordinating ongoing services.
  • Accurately receiving and processing incoming payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in an allied health or medical practice with opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Exceptional administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A basic understanding of Aged Care Standards.
  • A current driver's licence.
