
Claims Governance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a professional to develop and implement an effective claims governance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and quality assurance of claims across various business units, providing coaching and technical support to case managers, and reviewing complex claims to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting claims audits and quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement
- Providing training and technical support to case managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Reviewing complex claims to recommend and implement outcomes aligned to regulatory standards
- Developing and maintaining data reports and analysis related to claims
The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in a similar role, preferably in the life insurance industry, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and risk management principles. They should also have excellent computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
