
Investment Support Specialist

The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Investments Business Manager. This role requires a senior-level executive assistant with extensive experience in building successful business partnerships and managing competing priorities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the CIO is prepared for and kept abreast of all internal and external workflows.
- Manage the CIO's schedule, including diary management and travel.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparation and formatting of presentations, correspondence, papers, and reports.
- Organize events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
- Fulfill ad hoc requests as required by the CIO.
- In partnership with the Investments Business Manager, provide full administrative support for the monthly Management Investment Committee and other committees as required.
- Responsible for recording and reporting all decisions made by the CIO under his delegated authority.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant role.
- Highly developed skills across the Microsoft suite.
- Experience in building successful business partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of office procedures and corporate etiquette.
- Previous exposure to the financial markets industry and event management is preferable.
