Operations Support Coordinator

FedEx Express seeks an experienced Operations Support Agent to join its Geelong Team.
About the Role:
The duties of this position are varied and vital, enabling the company to deliver exceptional customer service day in and day out. Enjoy a dynamic office environment while maintaining physical fitness through warehouse duties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Freight sorting and movement
- Assisting with freight screening
- Safely managing and internally moving all consignments arriving at and departing from our depot in a timely manner
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, customs handling, scanning, and filing paperwork
- Liaising with management and staff to coordinate conferences, meetings, and training sessions
- Delivering and picking up consignments and covering delivery routes when required by business needs
- Managing Agent & Outside Hire Administration, ensuring compliance with inquiries and maintaining records
- Reporting on weekly Service Quality KPIs
- Providing high-level customer service to internal and external clients
- Supporting local management in document preparation and distribution, reports, and forms maintenance
- Maintaining OHS, Dangerous Goods, and Environmental legislation compliance

Preferred Experience:
- Transport industry experience advantageous
- Basic track and trace experience advantageous
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel - generating and running reports)
- Experience in similar administration roles
