About the Role

As a State Operations Manager for an allied health business, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a national-scale team focusing on performance and growth. This role involves collaborating with peers to maintain high-quality multidisciplinary practices and ensuring team performance aligns with budget.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of clinicians and leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery, promoting and enhancing organisational culture, growing and retaining a workforce to meet operational needs, and providing occupational therapy supervision for the team within aged care and quality oversight of service provision.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a national-scale allied health business focusing on performance and growth of the State team and working collaboratively with peers to ensure high-quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained.
  • Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business.
  • Manage a team of clinicians and leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery.
  • Promote and enhance the organisational culture.
  • Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs.
  • Occupational Therapy Supervision for team within aged care and quality oversight of service provision.
Essential Requirements
  • Approved degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
  • Passion for supporting people to maximise their independence and realise their full potential.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Willing to complete criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent).
  • Current and unrestricted drivers license with access to own vehicle.
  • Experience working with older adults in aged care industry or NDIS clients.
  • Operational Management experience is desirable.
