We are seeking a proactive and business-savvy professional to manage our growing operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in healthcare administration, preferably in allied health.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills across teams and locations are essential.
A collaborative mindset, financial acumen, and ability to motivate and support others are highly valued.
The successful candidate will drive operational consistency, provide on-the-ground training and support, optimise rosters and workflows, contribute to financial performance reporting and improvements, and cover practice management and front desk reception during staff leave.
About the Job- Clinic Support - Help teams manage scheduling, reception processes, and diary optimisation.
- Operational Oversight - Monitor financial reports, ageing debt, and business performance data.
- Staff Training - Coach and upskill clinic administration teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Business Improvements - Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service enhancement.
- Onsite Relief - Step into practice management or reception roles during staff absences.
- Clinic Coordination - Assist with rostering, leave planning, and operational continuity across multiple sites.
- 2+ years' experience in healthcare administration, ideally in allied health.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills across teams and locations.
- Financial acumen and confidence using clinic/business reporting tools.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate and support others.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport (travel is essential).
- A qualification in Business Administration or Practice Management is highly advantageous.
