About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a water infrastructure project in Sydney. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in the tank building industry.

As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality work is maintained by all personnel and sub-contractors. You will also be required to foster client relationships and supervise site activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality standards among personnel and sub-contractors
  • Foster client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Supervise site activity and team members
  • Complete time keeping and plan work to meet deadlines
  • Plan and forecast manning levels with the Project Manager
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain plant and equipment onsite
  • Complete Critical Control Field Verifications
  • Prepare and run toolbox meetings

  • Trade Qualification
  • Drivers Licence
  • General WHS Construction Induction Card
  • Provide First Aid HLTAID011
  • Work at Heights RIIWHS204E
  • Confined Space Enter & Work RIIWHS202E
  • Computer Literate
  • 5 years' experience in the tank building industry
