About the Role

This is a casual position that requires travel to multiple client sites for new tank construction and lifecycle services. You will report directly to our Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new tank construction, refurbishment, and replacement projects that meet client requirements.
  • Perform tasks such as site preparation, handling tank panels, operating jacks, bolting and taping, installing tank liners, fittings, accessories, and fixing roofing and flashings.
  • Monitor and resolve project issues under direction from the Construction Site Supervisor/Project Manager.
  • Maintain a professional image while representing Pioneer Water Tanks on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements and promote the safety of the construction team.
  • Share knowledge and information within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold relevant tickets and licenses (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces, forklift, EWP, scaffolding).
  • Offer strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for tank installations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and teamwork.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in tank installation or similar roles highly regarded.
