Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise site activity and team members.

This role requires a strong focus on quality work, client relationships, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of work quality across all personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Supervise site activities and team members, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
  • Manage labour task activity timekeeping and plan manning levels in cooperation with the project manager.
  • Ensure correct materials ordering procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment onsite is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Complete critical control field verifications to guarantee project quality and safety.
  • Contribute to project schedule updates, providing timely and accurate information.
About You
  • Trade qualification required for this role.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • General WHS Construction Induction Card is mandatory.
  • First Aid HLTAID011 certification is necessary.
  • Work at Heights RIIWHS204E certification is required.
  • Confined Space Enter & Work RIIWHS202E certification is needed.
  • Computer literacy is essential for this role.
  • 5 years' experience in the tank building industry is preferred.
