This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to lead a small team of Engineers in a supportive environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to contribute to our Operational Technology assets within the Power Generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide advanced technical direction and leadership through the planning and implementation processes for SCADA and network systems.
  • To offer expert advice in the development of network test, validation, and integration plans on projects, ensuring network integrity.
  • To ensure AESCSF compliance tasks are delivered in a complete and timely fashion.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory obligations, taking appropriate actions and supporting the implementation of preventative strategies.
  • To provide technical support and service to operational sites and manage site expectations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field.
  • Experience with designing and maintaining DMZ architecture for Operational Technology/SCADA networks in line with the Purdue Reference Model.
  • Expertise in industrial HMI's, OT/SCADA network architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, business-planning and executing strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and integrating multiple generation projects within the OT/SCADA environment.
  • Leadership experience with a hands-on approach driving technical quality.
