About the Role
We are seeking a skilled investigator to join our team in conducting complex investigations into complaints, allegations of misconduct and child abuse.
As an Investigator, Child Safety Investigations, you will be responsible for leading inquiries, gathering evidence and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
You will also possess sound knowledge of legislation and policies related to child safety and reportable conduct.
The successful applicant will work closely with various stakeholders, including school principals, employees and external agencies.
Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and promote a culture of integrity within our organization.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into complaints and allegations
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and address child safety concerns

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar investigative role
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of legislation and policies related to child safety and reportable conduct
