Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team based on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing campaigns across multiple digital channels, collaborating with internal and external teams to develop high-performing campaigns, optimizing our website for conversion and user experience, and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own campaign execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns
  • Optimise the website for conversion and user experience (including SEO implementation)
  • Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms, and digital dashboards
  • Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focus
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO/UX tools
  • Ability to manage campaign calendars, budgets, briefs, and agency relationships
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce funnel and customer journey
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset
