Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Digital Marketing Specialist in the Paid Social team, located in Burleigh Heads, QLD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance data, and creating effective online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and analytics reporting.
  • Analyze web performance data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Paid Social campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
