Market Growth Strategist Role

  • Duties include delivering marketing-sourced pipeline targets in partnership with sales leadership, designing and running outbound campaigns to engage decision-makers at scale, building high-converting nurture journeys with strong copy and automation, and tracking CAC, LTV, channel performance, attribution; refining strategy based on ROI.
About the Position

The Market Growth Strategist will set the vision and establish the foundations for our growth engine. This role requires expertise in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

A key focus of this position will be to deliver exceptional results in terms of pipeline growth and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to leverage their skills and experience to drive business outcomes.

In addition to driving business growth, the Market Growth Strategist will also play a critical role in shaping the overall direction of our organization. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and informing strategic decisions accordingly.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practices, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and measurement and analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in a strategic planning or related role, with experience in developing and executing complex plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
