Job Title: Technical Visionary for Software Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical visionary to lead our software development team. This role requires expertise in architecting and implementing new product features, as well as mentoring engineers and building a sustainable organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a technical vision that aligns with business goals and objectives.
    • Lead the design and implementation of new product features, ensuring they meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing coaching and feedback to help them grow professionally.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities and deliver new technical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting.
    • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
    • Experience in full-stack development including API design, integration patterns, security, and testing frameworks (Unit and End-to-End).
    • Experience with microservices architecture.
    • Experience with frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
    • Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment.
    • Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, and automated deployments.
