This position is responsible for ensuring that the system maintains integrity and protects consumers.
A key initiative has been undertaken to stabilize existing business registers and transfer them back to ASIC under the Registry Connect Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration with Product Management Team: The Product Visionary collaborates with the Product Management Team to establish a product backlog, capturing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Solution Development: Partners with the Delivery Team to refine requirements and develop solutions aligned with business needs.
- Business Process Understanding: Engages with Product Managers Subject Matter Experts and Product Leads to understand ASIC's business processes.
- Acceptance Criteria Definition: Works with Delivery Teams to define acceptance criteria for solutions developed on the One ASIC Platform.
- Business Testing Support: Supports Product Managers in coordinating business testing, including preparation execution and assisting business representatives during testing.
- Business Representation: Represents the business as an escalation point for business teams while driving uplift and modernisation of ASIC's registers user channels and interfaces.
- Business Analyst Leadership: Leads Business Analysts in developing high-quality documented business requirements.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborates with Senior Leaders Product Managers Subject Matter Experts and business teams to ensure delivered product meets business needs.
- Product Backlog Management: Establishes and manages a product backlog for platform applications.
- Relevant Education or Experience: Relevant bachelor's degree and/or proven experience in gathering analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business needs resolve issues and document effective solutions.
- Relationship Building: Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Requirements Elicitation: Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Analyst or Product Owner Experience: Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role is advantageous.
