Your Role: As a Sales Associate at Torrid, you will create a genuine connection with every customer, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Execute register operations while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Maintain the sales floor and ensure that all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that encourages customers to shop.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Fashion-forward mindset with an awareness of current trends.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to stand and move around during scheduled shifts.
  • Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and relocate store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other tools.

Compensation: Pay range: $17.37 per hour.
