Your Role: As a Sales Associate at Torrid, you will create meaningful connections with customers through your genuine ability to make them feel at ease, valued, and self-assured.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Execute register operations while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Maintain the sales floor and ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld.
  • Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages shopping.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Fashion-savvy with an awareness of current trends.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capable of standing and walking throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Able to handle packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Competent in reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other retrieval tools.

Compensation: Pay rate: $17.37 per hour.
