Cellar Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cellar Manager to join our team at Solotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage systems, including receiving deliveries, ordering and liaising with suppliers, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the cellar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and storage of beverages, including kegs, casks, and bottles
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized cellar, including regular cleaning of beer lines and equipment
  • Provide operational support and assistance to the venue, including during peak periods
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
