Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cellar Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage services and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee venue opening procedures and set-up activities.
- Manage the receipt of deliveries and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Handle keg changes and ensure the cleanliness of beer lines.
- Provide operational support to the venue team as needed.
- Engage in physical tasks, including heavy lifting, as part of daily operations.
