The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cellar Manager to join our dynamic team at Solotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage systems, including receiving deliveries, ordering and liaising with suppliers, changing kegs, and cleaning beer lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt and storage of beverages, including kegs, casks, and bottled products
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of beverages and other essential items
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of beverage equipment and systems
  • Assist with venue opening and set-up, including preparing the bar and beverage areas for service
  • Provide operational support and assistance to the venue team as needed
