Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to drive our client-facing roadmap and market penetration strategies across the Australian business.

This is a high-impact role that requires a leader who can effectively communicate, inspire others, and translate technical client pain points into actionable service offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients.
  • Implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with delivery practitioners within the organisation.
  • Communicate the value proposition to the organisation and embed changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted across the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor technological innovations in industry to ensure the organisation remains contemporary in its delivery practices.
About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650.

A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse, and high-performing teams is required. Strong communication skills are essential.

This experience will preferably be in the engineering sector in Project Management, Design Management, Asset Management, Digital design processes, Geospatial, or Surveying where you will have a strong grasp of the drivers for change in the construction and asset management sector.
