About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI efforts and drive innovation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include educating technical and non-technical users, identifying use cases, creating and monitoring proof-of-concepts, minimum viable products, and implementing finalised tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning AI development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, ethical expectations, and regulatory constraints. They will evaluate AI options, including off-the-shelf models, in-house experimentation, and bespoke AI builds.Core Responsibilities
  • AI Strategy
    • Develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance. Define and own AI development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, ethical expectations, and regulatory constraints.
    • Evaluate AI options, including off-the-shelf models, in-house experimentation, and bespoke AI builds. Develop intelligent systems capable of handling complex data inputs and generating actionable insights.
  • AI Agent Development
    • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
