As a key player in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, we have an exciting opportunity for a well-organised individual to join our service administration team in Adelaide.

Our Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service job planning for technicians to ensure machines are well-maintained. This includes opening and closing jobs within the service management system to efficiently use technician time.

In addition, this role requires escalating customer enquiries to the service management team and preparing quotes based on customer information.

To succeed in this role, you will need to form strong relationships with field service technicians, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Baseplan system, and possess excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to work closely with other teams to provide exceptional service to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
