Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track and manage Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completion.
  • Provide detailed WIP reporting and highlight potential delivery risks to senior management.
  • Analyze service data to identify performance gaps and implement resolution strategies.
  • Validate and refine job plans for accuracy in scheduling and execution.
  • Lead project management tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks.
  • Attend client meetings to represent the service delivery team and address concerns.
  • Lead efforts to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to meet service level targets.
  • Investigate and respond to feedback to refine service procedures and outcomes.
  • Foster proactive stakeholder engagement and perform root cause analysis when service issues arise.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications
  • Trade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desirable).
  • Current driver's license.
Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar operational or maintenance leadership role within the industrial services sector.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, especially with performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and team coordination skills.
