Virtual Reality Experience Creator

  • Sydney Inner West Suburbs

As a Virtual Reality Experience Creator, you will work closely with customers to help bring real spaces to life by planning and executing 3D scans. You will be travelling to numerous locations, liaising with onsite contacts such as property managers, real estate agents, tenants, owners, and venue managers. Your goal is to help customers harness the power of virtual reality to allow for easy and convenient property inspections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with customers to understand their requirements
  • Planning and executing 3D scans at various locations
  • Liaising with onsite contacts to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations

A successful Virtual Reality Experience Creator should have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Current driver's licence, reliable motor vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites
  • Exposure to the Real Estate industry & photography
  • Friendly, fun attitude with a love of contributing to a team effort
  • Flexible working hours and ability to provide availability in advance
  • Self-management skills and ability to problem solve
  • Professional communication style with a witty sense of humour
  • Digital literacy and passion for learning new digital skills
