We are seeking a skilled Travel & Events Coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

The Role:

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing travel and event programs for new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Concept Development: Support proposal development, collaborate with the Director to build impactful itineraries, research destinations, and coordinate site inspections.
  • Program Creation: Negotiate supplier contracts, maintain project documentation, monitor payment schedules, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Attendee Management: Oversee registration, provide travel documentation, and distribute health/safety guidelines.
  • Program Execution: Create detailed program manuals, provide on-site support, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage event pricing, provide budget reporting, and prepare client invoices.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Tourism, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications (preferred).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in travel and event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with GDS systems and event software (preferred).
