About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our regional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for various marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to the tactical execution of regional marketing activities, including webinars, social media, email marketing, trade shows, and sales events.
  • Analyse results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve business intelligence and reduce time to sales.
  • Coordinate the design and content for key regional marketing assets, including video, collateral, content, and blog posts.
  • Coordinate with vendors for production and distribution, including the localisation of marketing/sales material to support events and other activities.
Requirements
  • A marketing or related degree with 3+ years' experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and CRM software, including Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B software or B2B technology companies is an advantage.
  • An understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, with knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics.
  • A collaborative self-starter with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes.
  • The ability to work across a global organisation, spanning different time zones and cultures, with availability to travel as required.
  • A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales.
